Hitting the road as the new year begins, reminiscent of travelers past. Embarking on a journey in search of freedom, adventure, and new opportunities. Along the way, we cross paths with the legacies of those who came before us, uncovering stories and accomplishments that not only shape our nation but also help us understand who we are. From tales of Native Americans to the wonders of space exploration, I'm taking a moment to pull over and explore. Road trips provide us with the chance to discover the narratives that define our identity. So, let's begin this adventure.
Ok, I started a draft of this post at the beginning of the year. I'm a touch late on actual publication. I left my job last September and took a little vacation to finish up 2023. Planning to get back to work sooner than later. Life of course is what happens while your busy making other plans. I never made it to Quebec and found myself responding to an unexpected death in the family. Of course, death is often unexpected. Soom after I found myself traveling West and I've been on the go for most of 2024. Most recently I was able to attend the wedding of my friends and see a musical that my daughter was staring. I don't miss the. East Coast. I'm a West Coast kinda guy. Matbe I'll stay.
